Case study

Plenor

I designed and built Plenor's website and the panel the company uses to maintain it without a developer: projects, lots, contact details, legal texts and complaints.

The problem

Plenor needed a website to sell its first project, Residencial Aonami, that complied with Peruvian law (complaints book and personal data) and could be maintained by someone who doesn't code.

What I built

A complaints book that meets INDECOPI rules

Each complaint gets its sequential code, notifies the company by email, sends the consumer a copy and is answered from the panel, with the 15-business-day deadline in sight.

A panel for people who don't code

Phones, project sheets, images, lots, financing and legal texts are edited without touching code. It comes with a jargon-free manual and a live site status that flags what's missing: test data, draft texts or complaints about to expire.

203 lots, one by one

Residencial Aonami's inventory with the area, perimeter and sector of every lot. The company marks a lot sold or reserved and the site shows it on the next visit.

Fast, compliant and measurable

Static pages that don't hit the database on every visit, a cookie notice compliant with Law 29733 and conversion tracking: WhatsApp, calls, inquiries and the 360 tour, which is embedded and only loads when opened.

Built with

Next.js 16React 19SupabaseTypeScriptTailwindshadcn/uiResendVercel
